Revelation 6:4 “Another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that people should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword.” NKJ

Introduction

Hopefully you are familiar with this passage from the book of the Revelation. John’s vision of the Lamb of God, opening the Seals of the scroll taken from him that was sitting on the throne in Heaven.

“Peace is taken from the earth and that people should kill one another”. This part makes me wonder if I am living in this season. In my community senseless killings are happening every week, sometimes it seems like daily. And now we have another dictatorial leader has decided he wants to control other countries. #WorldWarIII has begone.

Maybe There Are Just a Lot of Evil People in the World

As I considered this Post, I wondered what the Christian Preachers in the beginning of the 1900s were thinking, when they considered the events they observed. World Wide disease outbreak, World War I, and Mob wars in Major US cities.

That was over 100 years ago, Jesus did not return as quickly as many Christians thought. It was just another period that the #Evil and the #Greed in people was demonstrated through senseless acts of violence.

Starting a war against a neighboring country just because the people their want to live free. Gun flights in US city streets between Afro-American teenagers for want reasons. Children or young people murdering parents and grand parents.

If you watch the daily news casts in the US, you know what I am talking about.

Conclusion

Maybe the Red Fiery Horse and Horseman have not been loosed, but it is surely #SomethingToThinkAbout. Something that make me glade to know that my life, or existence will not end when I depart from this life.

If I keep believing and trusting in the Lamb of God, Jesus there is a mansion laid up for me in Heaven when I depart from this place.
